Worst experience ever

Purchase a duster, only received the head, saw no need for it and returned it, I haven't received my refund because apparently there is a missing item which I know nothing about, which also makes me wonder if I would really waste my time logging a return knowing that I kept "some" item/accessory. Never had such a horrible experience with takealot until now, I'm very disappointed.
