WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

I ordered on Monday the 30th Sep 2024 and requested that my delivery be made at my work address. It was then communicated that delivery will be made by the 2nd Oct 2024( which was yesterday). On the 1st I tracked my order and it showed that it was not shipped, I then called Takealot requesting that the delivery should be made no later that 4pm since it's my work place and I knock off at 4pm. I was told a note will be made. Today is the 3rd of October delivery is still not being made. I called once again and spoke to a lady by the name of Faith(who was very helpful), she informed me that she is not sure why the order is not even at the ware house and she will escalate to the dilevery department, of which she did and it is now 12:45 and they have not reverted back to me. This is my last day at work and I can't even change deliver address according to takealot. Crazy thing is the order I made after the 1st oneto be collected is ready

This is the worst service I've recieved from them. I am not happy at all.
