Worst experience ever

Takealot has become the worst e-commerce over the past few months. They always have no stock and their customer care agents seem not to care. I recently purchased a laptop which was to be delivered on the 01st of October then delivery was postponed to the 3rd because an item was missing. They then decided to deliver the order on the 30th of September with a missing item which I returned the same day. I requested for a replacement and they decided to credit my account without any communication as they still don't have stock. Why sell an item while there is not stock available? I spoke to Matthew today who **** and said he will send me a follow up email to not avail.
