Worst experience don’t trust

I am highly disappointed. I order a cookbook to be delivered on Friday the 8th of May. It never arrived in the package. When you contact their customer care line they notify me the warehouse didn’t pack it. This basically means there is no quality control. I as the consumer must run after you for days just asking you to send out the package. You decide no you will cancel the order. I never asked for that. You have shown me why I should never trust you with items I need. You as a company didn’t display any truth or any responsibility.
