Worst experience after being a customer for years

I ordered a fridge, paid for delivery and when it arrived the driver’s assistance practically threw it at me on the side of the road. After telling them that I wouldn’t be able to carry it inside my house they drove off and left me on the road with a fridge and a baby on my arms. I logged a complaint with Takealot and did not even get a ounce of empathy or even an apology. I guess this is their way of treating loyal customers.
