Worst experience

<p>Ordered q523 watches on 28/07/2017 order number ********** 4 , I haven't received watches as MRD tried delivering the parcels at night at my business address escalated matter to take a lot yesterday and I was told rather I collect the parcel at MRD in hart field which I went this morning only to find my parcel not there was promised my parcel would be delivered before 12 today. I've spent my petrol and sent emails to takealot but it seems nobody cares as long as they got paid. Going forward am going to use COD method as I've used it before and they delivered on the promised date and time. I want to be reimbursed for my time and petrol that I spent driving to MRD delivery as am sure my delivery is going to get paid for the ****ty service they've given me</p>
