Worst experience!

I placed and paid an order on the 12th of December 2022 and still nothing has been received. What I hate is that the communication is very poor because I'm always the one who has to be writing emails and getting response from different people.

They kept on asking me to confirm my address which didn't make sense to me because it's not my first time using the address!

When the order finally arrives I will have to courier it somewhere else as one of the things I bought was supposed to be someone's Christmas gift.

If I could rate them zero I would!!!
