WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM EVER!

I am very disappointed with Takealot service in December I placed my itder on the 29th of November 2025. The expected delivery date was the 8th of December 2025 but I am still waiting without any communication I contacted their customer care 3 times and all I am told is that I will be contacted. They have delivered 1 item out of 9 that I ordered. The other items are just sitting as NOT YET SHIPPED ony app. None knows why we're the other items not shipped. When I was placing this irder all the items showed as available I the Western Cape and I'm mow finding it strange that only 1 item was delivered. This is bad. I loved buying my cosmetics from Takealot but now I'm disappointed and losing interest 😕
