Worst delivery service when package is expected to be delived by fast n furious couriers

Takealot provides the worst service delivery for replacement items delivered via courier company Fast and Furious. When you call or email the agents, most of them respond with the same line everyday, which is "Good Day Please note that the parcel is on route to delivery today". One of the worst agents that I have dealt with is "Siyamthanda Makisu". I have been struggling for so many days now to get an answer from someone as to why my replacement order is not being delivered on the days that it's expected to be delivered, and nobody seems to care. It honestly feels like I'm receiving automated responses every single day, with the same line that states "Please note that the parcel is on route to delivery today". I have been a loyal customer to Takealot for years, and have never experienced this type of service before. Good luck takealot, let's see how far your pathetic service provided by some of your pathetic agents and take you.
