Worst delivery service ever!!!

I paid R75 for direct delivery. The courier called once and when he got no answer he just did not try again. When I called back he said he will deliver the next morning. He called when I was out waiting at my gate without confirming that I will indeed be home. I asked to leave it at the takealot depot. He just cancelled the order!!!!! and now I had to pay another R35 to get it at the depot. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL USE TAKEALOT
