Worst delivery service EVER

Worst experience I have ever got from this company. I am a client from 2016 (never had any issues) started to get problems with the delivery in 2021. First was the driver demanding me to pay his petrol money, I was begging him to give my parcel. I was in tears after that. Then I had a return that needed to be picked up at my house ( we don't have a drop off point near us).. for two weeks the driver rescheduled the pick up.. had to wait daily for him. After speaking to THE ONLY person that was willing to help me the case is handled today. I made one last purchase (in good faith) and see there.. my delivery should have happened today.. and it was just rescheduled as 'the driver could not find my house..' (Note! The drive NEVER even contacted me!) With all this problems I emailed complaint after complaint.. and NOBODY even tried to reply on my emails. So don't even try buying anything with them. I will definitely be deleting the app and never ever will I do business with them.
