Worst Delivery Service

Takealot delivery method is the worst, if not their drivers. The tracker kept updating status to "Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule" of which is absolute ****, the driver did not attempt to call me to let me know they have arrived. There was no form of communication from the driver, not even a simple SMS to let me know they have arrived. But I kept receiving SMS's that I am not available yet I have been waiting for them.
