Worst delivery service

Placed an order for an item on Monday the 25th of July, was advised delivery would be during the course 29th of July takealot was unable to advise at what time. I had to rearrange my whole day to be available for the parcel it appears I will now have rearrange my day tomorrow and lose even more business because the driver stopped at the complex and because there is no buzzer decided to leave without as much as a call or even a sms, at least when a legitimate courier service will try and attempt to contact person before just leaving
