Worst delivery experience
I bought a twin pram from Takealot on Monday and paid via EFT. The confirmation said Wednesday delivery on receipt of payment. Tuesday I got my notice and got super excited at the idea of receiving my pram on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I got a sms confirmin delivery was in progress. I made a call as I am in and out of the house to make sure they phone before hand. I was told the couriers Skynet took receipt of the parcel and delivery will happen on Friday. Friday came ,first thing I phoned to ask what time as I was taking the kids to gran. Again I asked them to call me so I can pop over and sign for my parcel. This never happen and i was told before 5pm so I decided to head home earlier at 4pm. I waited 5pm came and called. I was told they were at my house at 2pm and I was not there. I told the call centre agents (I spoke to so many) that I asked to be called. They all escalated this to their team leader Leigh. I was promised delivery the same day as I told them Saturday is a no go and I am desperate for the pram. Got a call it will be delivered tonight. Then I get an sms it will be delivered on Monday. Keep the pram I want my money back
