Worst Delivery and Customer Care Service

Takealot has the worst delivery system and poor staff that are suppose to help you, but can't even do the simple thing as update a customers details.

I have been waiting for a parcel from the 20th of June, that was suppose to be delivered that was rescheduled, but i did not receive a call nor did the company come in to my work place to find me. What good is the Takealot app if the details do no update on takealot side. This same indecent has now happened Yesterday when i then phoned to find out why it was rescheduled AGAIN, then a lady said she will update my contact details so that they can have my proper number for the next delivery.

Today again my order was rescheduled because the lady did not update my cellphone number, and did not even bother to give me a call back as she said she would. Pathetic service, why do you have customer service if you cant help !!!
