Worst customer support

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Tried to log a return for a faulty item. They sent a driver to collect but did not have the replacement product, for the last 3 weeks I get a notification that delivery will happen today but then no one pitches and they say no one was available. Finally someone actually came but wanted the original item (that was sent to them 3 weeks ago) and they won’t give the replacement item and once again got a notification that no one was available when they made the delivery. Customer support may just as well close down as the they are either not responding or when you try and talk to them don’t know what is going on.
