WORST Customer service, Rather order from AMAZON!

Let me lodge one of thee worst complaints I have ever done and I do very few of them!!

First the driver who delivered my package was SO rude to me over the phone!!! I have never come across such a rude driver!! She called didn't say Hello how are you, "im at the gate" I said ast 10B or C She answered the black one!! BOTH my gates on ether side of my house is black. I said to her please go around the corner to the entrance on Marais street the small black gate. She just put the phone down in my ear!!!!!!!!!!

Then she goes to my Moms gate around the corner (Same property)She was so ****** RUDE to my mom who took the package for us!! My mother has COPD which means she only has 22% capacity in her Lungs. When she asked the delivery lady to carry it because she could barely Walk 10m without getting out of breath, my moms front door was 6m she refused and said no she cannot carry the package into the house it's not her job!. Who the HELL sees an old woman struggling and says NO!!!!! My mom is almost 70 yrs old and a ****** younger generation woman refuses to help her!!! GEt better freaking staff!!!

THEN I get the package from my mom and wrapped it as it was A GIFT for my daughter so I could not open it!! When I get to our Holiday destination 7 hrs away from Gauteng, we see the Hoverboard is BLUE!!!! for a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What in the actual!! What do I tell a 5yr old girl on a 2 week holiday "sorry you can't have your gift because it the wrong colour and the delivery guys *****ed it up!!! Come on man!!! She had already opened it and after I lost my marbles trying to get hold of you guys on the phone I gave up!!! I had to give her the army blue BOY hoverboard!!!

What is the matter with people lately not doing simple things like checking the ****** colour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want a phone call from you guys getting an explanation and making sure that delivery lady gets a FINAL written warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
