Worst customer service I have experienced with an online delivery

PATHETIC! ***********! Able to deliver when convenient for them ! Once drivers decide they do not want to deliver each and everyday your parcel will be left for the next day and the next , no real resolution until you cancel! The exact same parcel delivery a week before no problems whatsoever! Cancel your order and they are able to send it within a day! WOW ! CREDIT YOU AND GIVE YOU YOUR PARCEL BROKEN IN PIECES !
