Worst customer service experience ever!

So I ordered a non alcoholic beverage, as a gift. Got delivered, only to find out its alcoholic after it was opened. They say not to throw it away, coz drivers are going to fetch it for a refund. 3 drivers came, they don't know how to return it, so they reschedule the return every time.

Spoke to almost 8 people already about this, some guy just sent me an email threatening to close the return if I don't want to give the drivers the item. How they came to that conclusion no one knows.
