WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR!!!

I am absolutely outraged with the customer service of Takealot. Not only did they falsely advertised a product then refuse to sell it to me at the advertised price (which is in breach of the South African Advertising Regulatory Board Code of conduct). They then emailed the director of my work (not including me in the email) via searching my contact number on the internet. This is in breach of the POPI Act. I used my personal email address throughout the complaints procedure. 7 Days, many emails later and calls being passed from person to person, no one seems to know what is going on. I would never recommend Takealot to anyone. They are in breach of both the South African Advertising Regulatory Board code of conduct AND the POPI Act despite not being approved yet, you would think personal information would be protected. I will be taking this matter further.
