Worst Customer Service Ever - Thanks for nothing Gerald

Firstly, he was rude. No phone manners whatsoever - when a person asks how are you, you say fine and you.

He is apparently a manager but can't assist. I returned an item which they haven't received at the warehouse yet so they can't credit my account. I want to use the credit for a daily deal (which will expire today). They also can't keep the daily deal order open till they give my refund. He won't honour the daily deal price after my account is credited (even though they have done this before he says its not possible). The only reason I am buying these items is because I have this credit from them that they gave me after previous bad service.
