Worst customer service ever received

They delivered the wrong package to me - after a week of constantly having to phone and follow up and getting no response to emails they finally came to pick up the incorrect parcel and only then did they start processing my order. Out of my 6 items, 2 have been delivered, 2 have been credited because after a 15 working day lead time I am now expected to wait another and now the other 2 items I am trying to get feedback on with no luck. Worst customer service ever received.
