Worst customer service ever no numbers work
My order shows shipped from yesterday to date I have emailed 4 time to find out what is going on it takes them 2hours to tell me they going to follow up.i called 4 numbers including head office and non of the numbers work.I have requested they send me a number or someone calls me and I get ignored.i want my order.you can not tell me China gives better customer service.And if I'm being bluntly ignored this way this will be my last order I will rather support another country.and the fact that non of there numbers work is a big red flag.I have been shopping with them for years spent thousands of rands for them to give me a service like this is unexpected

After more than 15 emails and finally putting a bad comment on there Facebook page someone called only to tell me there phones are not working due to high call volumes.( really like are you kidding me) then assuring me that I will have my delivery by today. Now it shows it will only be delivered tomorrow and of course no rely on my email and fb messages again.I have request to speak to a manager more than once and get ignored.I work night shifts and went a whole damn day without sleep waiting on my delivery that never came..I'm ****ed off as they give you middle finger response and this after i have spend thousands over the years.i will take them to every social media page there is. As they have no problem inconveniencing my damn life.
