WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FACED WITH!!!!

Absolutely useless customer service. I had enquires regarding delivery and I spent over 15 minutes each time just being on hold. Nobody ever answers the phone and it's so frustrating to constantly be calling and not be attended to. A customer care line should be more professional as we are paying customers and our concerns should be attended to. We understand that there are busy days and sometimes calls do take long to be answered but for the whole day that is unacceptable. Please takealot raise your professional standards . A customer should not be constantly calling for assistance and be on hold for so long!!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!
