Worst customer service ever

Disgusted with the customer service and returns.

Order a item and used item for a couple of weeks item was faulty and logged return, they then advised that accessories was not returned with product in which I rep**** all accessories has been returned got no response and then requested to log complaint and since then have not got any response which is disgusting!!!
