WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I bought 2 camp chairs from Takelot. 1 got damaged and was exchanged. We used them a few times (very little) and both were not of great quality, got damaged and I logged a return. Could only log 1 on system but made a note its 2. So both were collected and signed for. After a month, 1 chair was returned and it was not even what we bought. No word on replacement of correct chair or the second one taken from us. This has been ongoing since beginning November. I am sending mails daily. Everytime dealing with a new uninformed person closing the ticket with it not resolved. How can they be so useless not sorting this out for so long and nobody knows what is the problem. Everytime allocating new ticket numbers, one being RRN-86bd-9aba Ticket ********** .
