Worst customer service ever

<p>After waiting for an hour and a half to collect a small order that was already in stock at the Cape Town warehouse, I get told that it's not ready for collection, even though the order on the site says "Available by 21st December". Turns out that is a blatant lie and I will have to collect on the 22nd (hopefully). The person who I spoke to at the warehouse couldn't care less and was pretty short with me. I ended up telling him to shove it and left in anger. This will be the last time I ever use Takealot for anything. After 5 years of pretty terrible service I have finally hit my limit.</p>
