Worst customer service ever

Thee worst customer service in history of customer service. I had a package for delivery today. Driver never pitched nor did he call to confirm delivery. I have been in contact the whole day with different consultants and they all just say they are escalating the matter. I have asvised them that i am only available today and i am willing to collect the parcel i am still waiting for feedback. I went through to complaints and the consultant still hasn't come back to me.

This service is poor. And they are **** at their jobs
