Worst customer service

I bought the "Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner 210ml", from Takealot, for R635. I only used it once, & i saw that the product makes my hair very oily, so I returned it just after 5 days, during these 5 days was Christmas time. Even though the guarantee is until June 2025, takealot staff refuses to refund me, & they send my product back, after 3 weeks. I cannot believe i wasted my R635 on this product. please stay away from this product. Furthermore, Takelot rejected my review on the Takealot product space wow, so hence I am writing it here in Hellopeter. THE GUARANTEE OF THIS CONDITIONER IS UNTIL JUNE 2025, but Takealot STILL refused to refund me. I literally threw R635 down the drain thanks to Takealot!!!!!
