Worst customer service!

I had someone hack my account and spend my credit. The next day I change my passwords emails and everything. Then 3 days later takealot lets met know about suspicious activity on my account. A little late in my opinion. And then blocks my account . I have mailed them. And been on the line for over an hour. Tried numerous times to get through to the customer service. No one answers the call. This pathetic for takealot in South Africa!!
