Worst customer service

The worst service I received, booked a item on Tuesday for next day delivery. I they charged R75 for it parcel don't get delivered the next day I call in and only to find out parcel was damaged they don't even call you to notify what happend now they rebook the parcel but can't give me nect day delivery I must wait 3 days to receive it
