Worst Customer Service

I have logged a return for my damaged Tablet. received an update almost 3 weeks ago that the repaired tablet was received at the takealot warehouse and delivery will be made. its been 3 weeks and they are still holding my product with no update. their call centre rings for atleast half hour with no answer before i have to give up trying to speak to someone. Pathetic Customer Services.
