Worst Customer Service

I am so appalled with this service! Made an order on the 27th of November. After my payment was confirmed Estimated date of delivery was Wednesday 2nd of December. However, my package still hasn’t been shipped or packed! Customer service doesn’t reply to messages or even care about their customers! Basically, my hard earned money is gone to these ********!
