Worst customer service

I placed an order yesterday 01/08/2024 selecting the following day collection where you also have to pay extra for the option as today 02/08/2024 it’s my kids birthday I wanted to add presents for them, but now the email I received says it will be ready for collections on the 03/08 should I have known the parcel was not going to be ready I would’ve placed the order. Also my husband bought something for the kids with the Hope the parcel was going to be ready today as said before process the order but it’s not going to be ready, so stop promising things you know you can’t deliver as it’s affecting us obviously not your busy as it messes up with our plans and expectations
