Worst customer service

Basically sold me a damaged product as a ‘flash sale’ and when I returned it to be replaced by the same item in (what you would expect) better/decent condition -they were less than truthful and responded via email that item was out of stock when it was clearly still available for purchase on their site (at a now much higher price). Told me I could re purchase it myself but that I would need to pay the new price... Un ethical
