Worst customer service!!

Worst customer service ever. I had a return scheduled last week Nov 2nd. The courier came to my house and picked up the wrong parcel from my family member as I was not home. I called afterwards on the same day where I stated to them that it was the wrong parcel and that its a food item that is supposed to be sent back. It has been 7 days, I have spoken to 7 people and all they can tell me is "it has been escalated" FOR 7 ***NG DAYS NOW!! How can't you find a product?? They sent me a picture of the box that they opened saying "We think you sent the wrong parcel" (Nov 3rd 8:30pm) Yes FFS I have called 3 times that day to state the ***ng obvious that they need to return it. I can't believe the amount of incompetance between 7 different people, oh and the person who sent me the email about the wrong product has since essentially ghosted me on email. After I was very patient very kind just requesting an update.
