Worst customer service

Worst customer service I have ever received - wanted to order an appliance with guarenteed Saterday delivery as I am situated in the Cape Town area. Any item except the appliance could be delivered on a Saterday even though the when would I get it section stated it could be delivered through guarenteed Saterday delivery.

Tested it on other items an all other items had this as an option. Contacted Takealot and it seemed like someone else was responding to each query. At first the excuse was the item has to come from the manufacturer after which I indicated the site says it is in stock at the CPT warehouse. Then they wanted my adress and indicated that the guarenteed Saterday delivery option is available for my adress. I then indicated AGAIN that the problem was relating to the specific appliance after which someone commented sorry that's the fastest option available for me.

If someone else will be responding to each query, perhaps train them to read the entire thread before responding.
