Worst Customer Service

I ordered a laptop almost 2 months ago. When it arrived, it was not working. I returned it. After multiple calls and emails, I still have not received a refund. The customer service tells me that it is being investigated. However now they are trying to deliver the broken laptop back to me ! Terrible service.
