Worst Customer Service

<p>I ordered a television and an HDMI cable from TAkeALOT.com on Tuesday. Having completed my order, I received an SMS confirming my delivery date for the next day. Understanding that this was a lot sooner than the estimated delivery date, I had did not have any expectations. However the delivery guys came with only one of the two items I had ordered. They brought the HDMI cable, without the TV I ordered along with it. Because of this I could accept the order as there was an item missing. <br />I asked the delivery guys and they had no answer, I called Takealot and spoke to Elzita and she couldn't give me answers either. Instead all I received was an email saying my issue had been logged, and Takealot confirming that I would be collecting my items from the warehouse. This was news to me!<br />So phoned Takealot and they called Skynet who had been mean to deliver my items and they advised that my order was still at the depo, and was at 4:30pm on the day they had promised delivery. So after a few day of given the runaround my frustration had reached its limits. So I told them I would collect the items from the depo. I called Skynet to confirm if my orde was at the depo and to make arrangements to collect. I spoke to Skynet and they gave me the instruction to collect at the Elandsfontain depo. I drive there and I was told that they couldn't find my order. To this day no one know where my order is. Regardless of all of this Takealot sent me a Delivery Confirmation last night after having called them asking them to assist me with tracking my "lost" order. <br />So I don't know what going on at Takealot, but this reminds me of an incident I had with Khalahri.com a few years ago.</p> <p>I still have not receive any of the items.
