Worst customer experience ever

I bought an electronic product from takealot in February. In March it became inoperable. I logged a return online and was advised it will be collected by a courier on the next day (Wednesday). They did not collect the parcel. I was told it will be collected the next day. This continued until now, (Tuesday) with no collection organised for collection. Please do not order any electronic devices from them. They will NOT collect it if it is broken. I think they know you will eventually give up and let it go. I will not use them again, even if they are cheaper than other suppliers.
