Worst Customer Ever

Worts customer services ever. It took me 15 min just to get trought to a person, I end up using all my airtime and then i ran out, they could really get a toll free number for such a big company. I eventually get trough and yet they cant give me staright answers, or tell me where is the product that i returned. oh and not to mention, their website doesnt even tell you how far is the return you looged. TAKEALOT try and improve your customer services. As you lacking in that deartment very badly
