Worst courier company I have ever used!!!

If I can give them zero stars I would. I have never received such bad service from a courier company I am really disappointed I expected more from such a big company. I placed an order on the 8th of May and my parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 12th on May I put the correct address and the driver called me saying he was lost and he will take the parcel back the company will call me to reschedule, I got an sms after that saying I will be called to reschedule I waited almost the whole day no one called , I ended up calling to reschedule for a collection I was assisted by the agent but I didn't get a response as to where I would collect my parcel. The following day 13/05/22 I still had no communication from takealot I had no idea what was happening to my parcel, I had to call again to reschedule a Delivery in the morning the agent confirmed that my parcel will be delivered on the 13th of May but in the afternoon My parcel status was " Parcel delivered at the wrong courier facility " I have not seen such incompetence and such negligence in my Life! Correct address was added but drivers get Lost! Good service delivery is certainly not their priority!
