Worst company to deal with

After numerous calls and emails to takealot, even to their CEO, Mamongae Mahlare and chairman, Kim Reid, my query has not been resolved. They are still waiting for find where my item is, that was returned.

I cannot believe that no one can have the decency of coming back to me. I have left several messages for the managers to call me, but no one has.

The service and attitude to their customers is shocking. We should not be supporting businesses like these.
