Worst Company because they only TAKEALOT

I bought a present for my parents on Takealot.com on the 9th of December. They said it will be delivered on the 11th of December. It never came. I had nothing to give them for Christmas. So I cancelled the order on the 6th of January, because there was no purpose in receiving it anymore, Christmas was long gone! It is now a month later and I STILL have not received my refund........ I have sent numerous e-mails, tried all their resources of logging a complaint and have not received any feedback or a resolution. It is the worst service and company. Will never buy from them again.
