Worst cancellation experience.

I cancelled an order , but now I must wait 4 business days to reorder. AND I DONT EVEN NEED A REFUND BECAUSE ITS A COD.

There is no option to speak to a human you just go in circles with a bot and a useless form which nobody returns a call.

I have never had this issue with amazon !
