Worst call centre with no turnaround time

After 53 hours since information requested to track my item that should have been delivered, still no feedback or any knowledge of where my package is. I have spoken to 5 different individuals at the call centre with a promise of managers that would phone me back. 53 Hours later and still no feedback from a manager or any knowledge of where my package is or when to expect. Takealot usually give excellent service, but if something goes wrong, it looks like it goes terribly wrong, as their support is unable to assist at all.
