Worst bunch ever

Guys be very weary of this company, if i could rate them zero stars i would, i returned a 50inch smart TV back to them which was still under warranty, they picked it up a month ago and i still don't have a solution to the problem, no TV, no refund no credit... There delay tactic is they say i did not send the back cover of the remote which i did, i mean what **** is that its the lock down and my TV had been gone for 5 weeks... The cover obviously got lost somewhere along the way to them as it got picked up by one of the drivers and i belive it still gets couriered to the relaxant branch or whatever, the point is these guys have given me the worst dam service I've ever received in my life, be very careful doing business with them... Worst part is now they don't even reply to my emails or messages concerning the return... Pathetic...
