Worst and shocking service on warranty from Takealot

purchased a laptop in August last yearly was still within the warranty period. I then returned it to Takealot and explained the issue was the keyboard which was malfunctioning. The whole process was shockingly handled by Takealot as I expected the to send it to the manufacturer in order for them to make a decision on it.

I refused to accept the arrogant and carefree attitude from Takealot and contacted Mobicel directly who collected the laptop from my residence and informed me that it was a faulty keyboard which they replaced.
