Worst after sales service

I purchased a washing machine on the 20th May#***4 it was not working and I logged a return but it was declined as the washing machine had traces of washing powder I unpacked the machine set up all the pipes intended to use the machine but it would not fill with water since being collected on 23 may I am still waiting for the return in the meantime I'm still having to pay the installments but don't have the machine and it's not working. Worst after sales service.
