Worst after sale service ever!

<p>I have been battling for 2 months to get an item returned to me as they could not replace or credit my account. <br /> <br /> It was a pair of Asics running pants that chaffed real bad after a few km's.<br /> <br /> I have been passed on from one person to the next but no one can help.<br /> <br /> Eventually got a mail saying my item is being returned, but it was the complete wrong order. It was in fact another customers order in Herm****. I am based in Cape Town.<br /> <br /> I would really not want to buy from Takealot again. Much better service from other online companies.<br /><br /><br /></p>
